All classes are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced

Each class is 90 minutes long, including MEDITATION (mindfulness), PRANAYAMA (breathing exercises), ASANAS (postures) y YOGA NIDRA (relaxation)



MONDAYS  16.45 h & 20.15 h

TUESDAYS.  16:45 h  &  20.15 h

WEDNESDAYS   20.15 h

If you can’t see a suitable time above, please let me know when would suit you as I will be starting up new classes

For EARLY BIRD classes from 7.30 h – 9.00 h there needs to be a minimum of 4 students booked in.
